Also, over on Its a Creative World ive done a section today on using something you may have lying round instead of buying something new. All you need is a coffee jar and some papers etc - go check it out :)
An update on the wii fit - i did some jogging today and had a burn calorie rate of 230%!! My last best was 55% so i think im improving! haha
