GSS for March....

These are the items i made and submitted for the GSS competition (Guest Star Stamper) over at Papertrey Ink.
(EDIT to add - this is a competition that runs each month and you submit what you make to see if you get a mention on the blog - i think its drawn around the 18th/20th of each month so fingers crossed for me please) I used their little heart shaped tins and punch the holes using a cropodile. I then decorated with patterned paper and ribbons, finishing with a heart shaped punch, gem and the sentiment on the lid which is from the Holiday Treats set of stamps. The layout below was made using the Spiral Bouquet set of stamps. Because it was a boy layout i went down the 'frame' route with the flowers rather than the traditional 'background' iykwim - i think it works and im pleased it turned out how it did :)

The sun is shining, i hope its a good start to the weekend :)
