What a palava!!

Ok, new cable attached but its keep cutting out which means the battery isnt charging! grrrrrr!!

Anyways, while ive had some down time i have been stripping the hallway (woodchip!!) and shopping for bargains! Cath Kidston-esque wallpaper for £5 a roll at Focus! Bargain! :) Cant wait to have the hallway done - white wood panelling on the bottom and blue which pink, cream roses on the top.....i pinched this picture from Posy's blog as its exactly what im aiming for.......hope thats ok (the pinching of the pic, not my taste in decor!!) lol :)
I have also rearranged my craft room and added a little more organisation in the form of the red containers and filing unit! Its so tidy but believe me it wont take long to be messed up! lol All goodies are from Ikea :)

I will finish with a layout which is the one i created for Twisted Sketches #10. I was asked to be a guest designer for this week and jumped at the chance - thanks Anam :) Go check out the blog for loads of inspiration each week!

If you are after cath kitsonesque materials, I found quite a few at Dunelm Mill last summer (Haven't been back so don't know if they still have them)

  3. Oooh I just love a bargain! LOL!
Your hallway will look fab - I love fresh white wood panelling like the New England style.
Your craft room looks SO organised unlike the bombshell my crafting corner looks like though I bet once you indulge yourself in PTI stash it's a bit more messy ;D

  6. Hi Debbie,

I have seen that a few people have picked up that wallpaper - it really does look good, and makes me wish I had somewhere to put it!

Your craft room is looking fab *sigh* one day I will get my hands on one of my own! lol

Poor Chris, he is working all hours so we can afford our own house, and muggins here gets made redundant - oops!

Well done on making guest designer :-)

  7. Gorgeous wall paper. My other half is a plasterer and he won't let me paper over anything, I've tried to convince him with doing just the cloakroom but he won't even let me do that!!!! Well done on being guest designer, I love your LO for your 'prince', is that a policemans hat he is wearing?! It's gorgeous as usual AND I am very envious of your craft room!!! My god you would be mortified if you could only see how I have to store my craft stuff! I share my craft room with the computer and my other halfs electric guitar and amps so I cant really girlie it up too much, plus all my craft stuff fits into ONE small wheely suitcase :0( Tragic really!!LOL Love Jane xxx
