Malteser Cake :) - Week 11

This has to be possibly my favourite recipe so far........ive already eaten 1 cake and Jake cleared out the bowl of left over icing! LOL

Without further chat here we go as i need to eat more....erm i mean go make tea!! ;)

Gather all your ingredients and preheat oven to 170 degrees c.
Heat the butter, Horlicks and milk in a pan until mixed, do not boil.
While this is cooling whisk together the eggs and sugars until light and fluffy.
Pour this mix into the cooled milk mix and stir thoroughly...
Now add the flour, bicarb, baking powder and cocoa to the mix and beat until well mixed.
Pour into your cases and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes...
While the cakes are cooling... make up your icing by combining all of the ingredients into a mixer and beat until light and fluffy.
Top your cakes with the icing mix and pop on the maltesers! :) You can make one large cake or around 20 cupcakes :)
Enjoy xxx
