Shopping list for Week 15 :)

4oz butter, melted
10oz Philadelphia cream cheese
9fl oz double cream
3 eggs, separated
4oz caster sugar
5tbsp Baileys Irish Cream
5 level tsp powdered gelatine
1 punnet of either raspberries/blueberries/strawberries etc to decorate
Chocolate swirls/curls to decorate
Icing sugar to decorate
LOL you can add what you like to decorate or just leave it plain and serve with a little chocolate sauce etc.......ooh i might even ADD the chocolate sauce to my 'to decorate' list. My hunger has gone into overdrive this past week!! LOL

Yum! I have a full bottle of Baileys in the cupboard.
ReplyDeleteYum! I managed to work my way through a whole bottle of Bailey's in one week at Christmas. Made your chicken and leek pie at the weekend , it was delicious!!
