Another 3lb gone and ive got my first certificate this week!
1/2 a stone gone in total (well 7 1/2lb to be precise!) and i also got slimmer of the week!
Yayy me!
Ive just rewarded myself with some walnut bread and caramelised onion houmous!

ReplyDeleteWell done, so nice and you're now officially a SOW :) Slimmer of the week! I was out with a former Greatest Loser the other day, she lost 19 1/2 stone. Fantastic lady and yes she still goes to group to keep it off.

ReplyDeleteWell done - you are doing well! I joined SW last week - and am, so far, enjoying the healthy eating programme! I made turkey risotto yesterday - which was yummy and had a mixed grill today with SW chips! If you have any recipes you would recommend, please could you let me know - as there are sooooo many to choose from! -x-
