  1. It has to be the chocolate!!!! And rolling your eggs of course - brings out the big kid in me. Gorgeous cushion - not sure my needlework skills would be up to it though.

  7. I love Easter because it is the start of Spring, my favourite time of year. Waking up to lighter mornings, birds singing and then the lighter evenings and birds singing in the evening too - just love it. It fills me with hope and a feeling of well being, just wonderful. I think to make it 'perfick' I would love to be one of the Larkins in the Darling Buds of May!!

  11. How sweet are they. Well, I do love all the chocolate of course. BUT my favourite thing about Easter is that generally it is our first weekend away in the caravan and that means the start of nicer weather, relaxing weekends, getting away, BBQs. Oh you know all the lovely things that happen when the weather improves and the days get longer.

  13. You mean apart from the chocolate right Debbie?!

Okay I love Easter because that is when Mia was born (all my kids are Spring chickens) so we always get to do an Easter themed party for her. This year she wants to go bowling with McDonald's after and then an egg treasure hunt in the garden. Oh and top of her birthday list this year is a rabbit so how fun would the cushion be too?!

    Lovely giveaway :)

  49. My favourite thing about Easter is my girls still think the Easter bunny leaves the eggs, and we leave a trail of chocolate eggs from the landing to where the eggs are left, and baskets for them to collect the eggs, and during the night you can hear our cat pushing all the eggs down the stairs and them bouncing down and rolling around the tiled hall floor.... LOL fun and now I must remember to make a LO of it and document it.

  61. Easter, like Christmas, is SUCH a great excuse for all the family to get together! We don't do chocolate for easter presents ... we do gardening or crafty presents for each other! It's wonderful to have all my family here with Alan and I .... cooking loads of great food, drinking (probably way too much) great wine and just being in the company of those I love the most.
Thank you SO much for such a wonderful blog ~ I love Monday's and Wednesdays more than I could ever have know now!! LOL!
