Couple of challenges :)

First one up is this one from 2 Sketches 4 U - im still dithering over a cricut or craft robo so for now im limited to what shape cards i can make! lol I received the new Papertrey stamps from the January release and of course i had to go for the baby ones - how cute is this poem...and snail!! I cut the centre out using one of the Hello Kitty dies so that when the card stands up the inside little circle swings with the snail :)

Second is my take on the going green challenge for the Impression Obsession Blog. I used the Smell the Coffee Stamp set as these little rose cups are so cute! I know its not all green, but hey im a pink girl so i couldnt go without! lol

  1. Debbie I have both.

I've had my Robo for a long time now; I bought Design Master for it and it's great to cut your own designs. Only downside is that it's A4 maximum.

I then bought a Cricut Expression - goes right up to 12x24". If you buy Sure Cuts a Lot too it 'unlocks' it so that you can again design and cut your own images, but much larger than the Robo can do. So much cheaper than buying lots and lots of cartridges. It just means you have to get to grips with another program. But that's not too difficult.

    Hope this helps.

    Georgous card BTW!

  6. Debbie, I noticed you are considering the Robo Master. I have the Quickutz Silhouette and I think it is great even though I don't do half the things with it that it can do !! I found a web site which compared the 2 and the Silhouette was given a better right-up.It can cut images on paper and card up to 8 1/2" by 11 1/2" and other material like Vinyl 8 1/2" wide up to 39" long (great for wall art etc). It is very versatile and very flexible regarding designs. If you want to know more or see it in action just let me know. Maria x
