I ended up with an extra set of the Holiday Button Bits stamps and have only just found them in my drawer of Christmassy things! lol Who would like them?? Pop your name in the comment section and i will draw at random a name on monday - international can apply too :)
I have redone this layout now 3 times, something just didnt seem right...
...first time i didnt have the journalling......second time i had a lot more embellishments...
...third time is what ive finished up with...im happy with it now so its getting put in the album and left alone!! lol ;)
I have a little weekly plan worked out as of 4th Jan for this blog. I will still update daily (or at least try to!) but there will also be an ongoing yearly project for us...
Mondays - I will post the ingredients needed for a recipe we can try out (first one is carrot cake! yum!) That way you have all week to get the bits you need together...
Tue/Wed/Thur - One of those days i will post the photos and step by step 'how to' etc
Sat/Sun - You have all weekend to upload the pics of your finished 'bake' to a gallery im going to attach to my blog (i may even start a facebook group if we get enough people interested in giving this a go) :)
So we will cover 52 recipies this coming year - for those of us that are scrapbookers etc too i am going to make a little recipe box which i will do a tutorial for and upload as we go :) I am planning on using 4x6 recipe cards which can have the details on one side and a full size pic on the other side.
I have lots of other things planned but wanted to give you the heads up on this one first to see if anyone was interested :)
words fail me.....wish I loved cooking , sounds really good fun, your amazing xx

Just stumbled across your fabulous blog and love your fresh style. I am a mum to 5 too (4 girls and a boy) so it's nice to come across a fellow mum who is able to make time for herself and enjoy her crafting. I am a new lover of PTI stuff but I don't have a lot of it yet (my last little shop cost me more in shipping than the products did!!!). Would love to be considered in your draw if that's okay?
ReplyDeleteRight, it's back to school tomorrow so better dash - uniforms won't iron themselves!!
Hugs,
