Week 20 - Chicken & Mozzarella Quesadillas *shopping list*

The recipe today is for a lunch/brunch type meal or could be served with either fries or salad as a main meal :)

Shopping list for week 20

serves 4

200g Mozzarella
2 Cooked chicken Breasts
1/2 small red pepper
4 Spring Onions
8 soft flour tortillas
Olive oil, to grease

Salad/fries to serve.
